Hundreds of South Africans on Monday marched on the streets as part of the ongoing Black Lives Matter protest taking place across the world.
The march was led by members of the opposition party, the Economic Freedom Fighters.
Protesters gathered outside the Embassy of the United States of America in Pretoria, South Africa.
They were registering their outrage at the killing of the an African American man, George Floyd, by police in Minneapolis last month.
The protesters though were also agitating and demanding justice for other South Africans who have suffered police brutalities.

EFF leader Julius Malema led hundreds to kneel outside the US Embassy for 8 minutes 46 seconds in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.

Malema said his party was helping other South African families who lost their love ones in their fight for justice.
