Russel is the first son of former first lady, Grace Mugabe from his first marriage.

He is a businessman and owns a property in a community called Highlands in the capital, Harare.

Eviction moves

Lawyers of the property Russel is renting have applied for a court eviction order.

The Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council which owns the property filed the motion this week.

“The claim is for the eviction of the defendant (Goreraza) and all those claiming occupation through him.

And payment of the sum of US$65,801 being arrears rentals payable between the parties,” the documents said

The application said “In breach of terms of agreement, the defendant failed to pay rentals from March 2015 to March 2018.
