Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta on Sunday was seen together with his main political opponent Raila Odinga, at a golf tournament.
The two are for the second time showing publicly that they are committed to peace and reconciling the nation that is highly tensed by political differences.
Raila Odinga declared himself “peoples president”, a declaration that was met by government crackdown with the arrest of some opposition politicians.
Mr Odinga tweeted that he would have preferred to watch local soccer giants Gor Mahia than golf.
There have been reactions on social media to this public gesturing.
This is just just like a quick prayer answered by God. Nobody saw this unity coming

Which unity you talking about? Politicians are never enemies neither friends only differ on opinions.
