Seven teachers in Kenya have appeared in court for allegedly aiding in exam cheating.
The teachers according to the Daily Nation in Kenya have been charged with colluding with students to steal examination papers.
The teachers reportedly helped students writing exams to adjust their chairs to hide reading materials to aid in the answering of questions.
The suspects however denied the charges. One of the accused is a head teacher of a school.
They have been were granted bail and will re-appear in court on January 17 for the case to be heard.
Examination malpractices is a major issue in Kenya with results of thousands of candidates canceled in recent times.
Officials have also revised measures to better protect exams papers to prevent cheating.
