A new survey by Gallup has shown that people around the world are becoming more angry, stressed and worried.
Many of those who are very worried, stressed and angry come from Chad, Sierra Leone and Niger in Africa.
As part of the annual Gallup Global Emotions Report 150,000 people were interviewed in over 140 countries.
The report showed that many suffered from stress with another one in five people experiencing sadness or anger.
Those interviewed were asked people about their positive and negative experiences.
Some of the questioned people were asked include “did you smile or laugh a lot yesterday?” and “were you treated with respect?”
Many people interviewed from a country like Paraguay gave positive responses. Countries like the US and the UK did not rank very high.

Most African countries ranked poorly with three of them among the top countries with negative experiences.

Chad and Niger are countries with unfavorable security situations compounded by poverty.
At least seven people from 10 Chadians according to the survey said they had struggled to get food.
According to the survey there is a new high levels of stress among people. The rate of worry and sadness has also increased globally.
